General Visits to Pyongyang– for 2-6 Companies

Whilst we carefully match-make serious companies who have clear view of what they seek to achieve (generally customised visits for individual companies), we also provide ‘general groups’ of 2-6 companies, for those who want to obtain a good feel for the market, and are non-competing. The visit programme, normally over four to five days can be more general, but include some one-to-one introductions to relevant potential partners and related industry organiaations.

Seminars and Events

We are pleased to be planning more seminars and events, such as the next ‘Business-Golf Challenge’ in September. We plan to open this to many more business persons – and the opportunity to have a one-day business, and one day to participate in a ‘Golf Event’ or just go sightseeing, is carefully packaged to attract a higher volume of visitors.

Market-Entry Missions and Exhibitions

KBC has a wide experience with trade fairs and exhibitions in Pyongyang and encourages participation as part of a coordinated market-entry strategy.

KBC participated in the annual Pyongyang International Trade Fair (PITF), in May 2001, and found this to be valuable from a market awareness, promotional and networking perspective.

This annual exhibition attracts participants and visitors from a wide range of industries, including mining, energy and power generation, textiles, transportation, construction, light industry, public health, agriculture, and others.
